×RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement, referred to as the “Agreement,” is made between OLNIA Rentals (referred to as the “Owner”) and the renter. Upon agreeing to this Agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein.
RENTAL HOURS
The rental period for the items shall be 18 hours, starting from the agreed pick-up or delivery time and concluding 18 hours thereafter. The renter agrees to return the rented items within this specified timeframe.
LATE RETURN CHARGES
In the event that the rented items are returned late, the following charges will apply:
- If the return is delayed by one hour, a late fee of MVR 50 per item will be applied
- If the rented items are returned more than one hour late, a one-day rental charge per item will be applied
DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY FOR RENTAL ITEMS
Please note that OLNIA Rentals does not offer standard delivery service for rental items.
Customers are required to visit our store to inspect items and ensure they are in proper working condition and free from damage.
However, delivery can be arranged upon request under the following conditions:
- All taxi or pickup charges must be paid by the customer
- The customer agrees that items are in good condition prior to dispatch
- The customer is responsible for returning the items after use
COSMETIC DEFECTS AND IMAGE ACCURACY
Many of our rental products are not brand new. Items may be locally crafted and hand-finished.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present
- Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the actual product
PROHIBITED ACTIONS WITH RENTAL ITEMS
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using foam tape, double tape, blue tack, or glue
- Writing, painting, or altering the appearance of items
- Stapling or attaching materials
- Sitting or placing excessive weight on items
- Using real candles on or near items
- Cutting any wires or modifying equipment
Failure to comply may result in penalties or additional charges.
INSPECTION RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must inspect all rental items before leaving the premises.
- Any issues must be reported immediately
- Items taken without inspection will be considered accepted in good condition
No replacements or refunds will be provided after departure.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By renting any item, the renter agrees that usage is at their own risk.
OLNIA Rentals is not responsible for:
- Injury
- Damage
- Improper use
Certain items may not be suitable for children. The renter is responsible for ensuring safe usage.
PROPER USE AND CARE
The renter is responsible for maintaining all rented items in good condition throughout the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
CLEANING RESPONSIBILITY AND CHARGES
All items must be returned clean and free from:
- Dirt
- Stains
- Debris
Failure to do so may result in a cleaning charge ranging from MVR 100 to MVR 500 per item.
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
The renter agrees to:
- Pay full repair or replacement costs
- Accept the Owner’s assessment as final
EQUIPMENT LOCATION
Items must only be used at the agreed location. Use at any other location without approval is prohibited.
LEGAL ENFORCEMENT
The renter agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by OLNIA Rentals in enforcing this Agreement or recovering outstanding payments.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Cancellations within 48 hours of booking → No refund
- Cancellations before 48 hours → Refund with 10% deduction
- Rescheduling within 48 hours → Not allowed
- Bookings made within 48 hours → Non-refundable and non-reschedulable
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By proceeding with the rental, the renter confirms:
- Full understanding and acceptance of all terms
- Responsibility for proper use and care
- Acceptance of all fees, liabilities, and conditions

2. Choose a Try-On date
- After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
- Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
- To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
- On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
- Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.

1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.
